Key role in managing regulatory compliance with NEPRA, power market operations, CTBCM implementation, power purchase agreements (PPA), and tariff structure evaluations for HAZECO.

Conduct internal audits, evaluate operational and financial internal controls, examine revenue and expenditure accounts, and ensure strict adherence to PPRA rules and public accounting standards across all HAZECO formations.

Manage procurement lifecycle, vendor management, material inspection, warehousing, and inventory optimization for electrical equipment (transformers, meters, cables) under PPRA framework.

Lead Customer Facilitation Centers (CFC), handle consumer grievances, streamline new connection processing, and enforce NEPRA Consumer Service Manual (CSM) standards for enhanced public satisfaction.

Provide legal advisory services, handle litigation in District Courts, High Court, and tribunals, draft contracts, SLAs, legal notices, and represent HAZECO before NEPRA regulatory forums.

Manage financial accounting operations, general ledger maintenance, payroll disbursement, tax deductions/filings (FBR & KP-RA), tariff subsidies, and financial statement preparation under IFRS.

Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training programs, HR records, medical/welfare schemes, and general administrative services across HAZECO.
